Murchison River Lodge is a mid range lodge and accommodation provider positioned on the south bank of the River Nile. We appeal to couples, groups, families and individuals who are looking for a place to stay that offers a relaxing and attentive experience in beautiful surroundings.

We have different types of accommodation to suit every budget – en-suite thatched cottages and en-suite thatched safari tents (all with USB ports & stand alone fans) and comfortable camping tents. These last tents are set up around the shady campsite with direct access to a spacious shower and toilet block.

Below you will find our agent rates for 2023/2024 and terms and conditions, including payment details. Please take extra care to observe our booking procedure and how payment can be made for your client/s accommodation. This will not only secure your reservation at MRL, but allow for a smooth working relationship.

Although covered in our Driver/Guide Policy, for clarity driver/guides are very welcome to join their clients in the main lodge restaurant for meals. All responsible tour companies provide guides with a daily food allowance, so our meals in the restaurant are offered at a discounted UGX rate that is affordable for driver/guides and can be budgeted for accordingly.
